One Rockwell, Rockwell Land Corporation's signature project has a unique two-tower high-contrast geometric design concept by world-renowned Miami-based architectural and design firm, Arquitectonica.

The project's distinctiveness goes beyond these iconic structures and ventures into the novelty of the first-of-its-kind Z-shaped units. The units span the width of the building. The floor layout resembles a “Z”, with a double-height floor-to-ceiling glass panel on one end. Z-shaped units, with its unique design, afford future residents different vistas from one end to another. That means, residents witness the city bustle at daybreak from the master's bedroom at the east end of the Z-shaped units and enjoy a breathtaking sunset over the bay from the living room at the west end.
